Due to the stigma's attached to some types of counselling, from time to time there are people who assume we're just like all the others. That's why we go through a quick process where both of us can agree to move forward.

So here's the deal... You're getting a complete, session-by-session set of tools that can be applied to your lifestyle.  This simple but effective approach is not only time-tested it's also clinically proven to work and is backed by official government NICE guidelines.

After each session, you may find two things happen...

1.  You'll find that life may change in subtle ways

2.  You'll come away from your first experience feeling calmer

This is really important to notice.  Why?  Because you want to be able to rely on an approach that's not going to change your personality, or have you doing things you really don't feel comfortable doing or saying. 



During your session, you:

  • will be guided without any pressure

  • won't have to convince anyone of anything

  • won't have to go into detail about specific issues you are dealing with - unless you want to

That's because it's all designed around helping you make informed choices; helping your mind understand what you need when you need it and how to help your emotions respond to situations, rather than react to them.

Before and after each session, you'll be sent a 'tick box' form which will only take a couple of minutes to complete. This is really more of an introduction what you're looking for.  Complete as much as you feel comfortable with - we urge you to go with your gut.  

As well as keeping everything above board and professional, your answers help guide us.

When we've read your responses, we'll arrange a mutually convenient date to meet either in person or, we'll send you a link inviting you to join us via Zoom or Skype, whichever you prefer.  You can click on the Zoom and Skype links at the foot of this page to sign-up so you are prepared.
