  • Reaction: immediate, thoughtless, action taken from a fear-based animalistic mechanism, to any given situation

  • Response: pause, thought, consideration involved before taking action

Have you suffered some trauma, are you going through hurdles and facing challenge after challenge, yet don't know what the heck to do about it?  For instance, if your belly feeling bloated?  Do you feel tired all the time?  Is your mind working over-time with all those thoughts buzzing around that you have no control over?

Some would say meditation is the key but, over half the people on the planet don't  know how to do that, think it's hocus pocus baloney, or simply have no time for or interest in it. 

There is an answer.  And we have it.  We can teach you to:

  • enable your subconscious to come up with the answers

Kaye provides individual mentoring and conducts them in as few sessions as possible -  4 is the norm.  The initial sessions take around two and a half hours.  Thereafter, you can arrange a timetable to suit your needs.

Each session you choose a topic you would like or need to focus on, then the following approaches will be used to help you reach a conclusion with the issue at hand. 

  • The Human Givens method through guided imagery and rewind

  • Cognitive Behavioural Techniques - setting goals and understanding in action

  • Emotional Freedom Techniques - tapping energy points while using subliminal messages to the subconscious mind
