For several years, I have been presenting workshops and courses, both online and in person that have brought people together in one common goal - to heal themselves.


Healing has to come from within.  All emotional upsets and physical ailments start with the mind-body connection which connects to the emotions, which in turn creates a chemical chain of events.


The idea of these workshops and courses is to help you figure out what this is all about, how it operates and how you can take back control of your life - and heal yourself.  


The workshops and courses that are presented involve you on a personal level, but never expect you to expose any raw emotions.  You are under no obligation to reveal more than you feel comfortable with. 


I have created these courses to explore four stages of emotional healing and the main subject content.  In each, we discuss how your environment affects you, how your life has shaped you and how nutrition is a big part of you, your body and emotions.

They can be attended in person or online, via 1-2-1 training or as part of a group.

While the COVID lockdown is in effect, my workshops will be held in-person online.  Normally, of course, the workshops would be held in your local area (if you book as a group in advance), and can be designed to suit your particular training needs.

We've all had to deal with rollicky emotions at some point or another.  Either with another person or with ourselves.  This course teaches you how to see what the roller coaster means to you, why you are on it and how you can handle it - to ultimately, craft a better life. 


Ever found yourself wanting to leave a relationship because it's going no where fast?  This course teaches you how to identify what is missing, how to get it back and how to recognise when you're on the merry-go-round and how to use it to your advantage - until you are ready to jump off of it. 


This course is specifically designed for couples.  I'll teach you about emotional needs, how missing particular ones can lead to crossing over troubled waters and how you can get these met, to bring your relationship back into harmony and friendship. 


We all have relationships.  We have them with our immediate family, with our mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers - grandparents, aunts, uncles.  And then outside of the family network, neighbours, work colleauges, people we come across at the corner shop or even your own doctor.  This course teaches you how to choose another approach in order to deal with those relationships and get the best out of them. 


In my 'change your life' course, you'll get lots of training in how to think about things in a different way, how to approach life from another angle and how to deal with the stressors and strains that you face in life during a normal day.  


You've probably heard about meditation and how to still your mind, but every attempt has led you down an impossible rabbit hole.  Here with this course we're not going to teach you to meditate, but we're going to teach you another method that will serve you well in simply being right now in the present moment.


With this course, I teach you what is natural and what is not.  We will explore vegetables, fruit, fluids and meat and their constructs and how your body deals with them.  How they are broken down into chemicals and what your body needs from these and more. 


No, I'm not advocating that you ignore your emotions!  I'm going to teach you how not to feel negative, depressed, anxious or stressed all the time - by helping you know how to deal with those emotions in a way that will help you improve your life in more ways than you can imagine.
