Do you listen to your gut?  Do you know what that feels like?  Have you ever thought about the signs and signals that your body tells you that you're on the right track of living life the way you want it to be?  

Are you reacting or responding to what is happening around you?  Believe it or not, there is a difference between the two.  

  • Reaction: immediate, thoughtless, action taken from a fear-based animalistic mechanism, to any given situation

  • Response: pause, thought, consideration involved before taking action

Have you suffered some trauma, are you going through hurdles and facing challenge after challenge, yet don't know what the heck to do about it?  For instance, if your belly feeling bloated?  Do you feel tired all the time?  Is your mind working over-time with all those thoughts buzzing around that you have no control over?

Some would say meditation is the key but, over half the people on the planet don't  know how to do that, think it's hocus pocus baloney, or simply have no time for or interest in it. 

There is an answer and you can be taught to:

  • consicously read the signs 

  • allow your mind to pose the right questions

  • enable your subconscious to come up with the answers

You've tried to come up with the answers yourself, but failed and the hurdles have returned.  So, with this approach, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain by giving it a go.


Connect via Skype and hold an online one-to-one session.  Or we can meet in person at a venue local to you.

I provide individual counselling and conduct the service in as few sessions as possible, 4 is the norm but you can have less or more as you wish.  The initial sessions take around one and a half hours.  Thereafter, you can arrange a timetable to suit your needs.

Each session you choose something you would like or need to focus on, then the counselling approach will be used to help you reach a conclusion with the issue at hand. 

The initial introductory session 

This half hour session is free.  Here we introduce each other and get to fill out the necessary paperwork. 

The counselling sessions

There is a one-off booking fee which includes either

  • 1 x one hour private/individual session - as many times as you wish (121/F2F) 

  • 1 x one hour private/individual online session - as many times as you wish (121/online)

Other options

You are free to book either counselling, mentoring or workshops, whichever you prefer.  Counselling and mentoring are conducted as individual sessions, workshops are for groups.

Location of 'Face to Face' sessions 

The location of your therapy session can be either in your own home, or at a mutually agreeable location in the UK.

The payment

This must be made via the PayPal links provided (via BewleyBooksPlus) prior to your sessions beginning.  You can book by clicking on the 'Online Booking' button at the foot of this page which will take you through to BewleyBooksPlus Online Booking.


You can be assured that your session is completely confidential.  However, notes are made throughout each session and if you would like a copy of them, these will be available for you.  Each session can last up to 90 minutes and will be recorded for personal safety purposes only.
