Booking Your Therapy Session

Please bear in mind, a therapy session doesn't end when the in-person, phone or zoom session is ended with your therapist.  After each therapy session, at least another two to three hours is allocated to compete the paperwork - which is a clinical requirement for your session.  Therefore, the fee you pay includes your hour, plus two to three hours of administration.

Our Therapy Sessions are held three times a week:

After your session, our time is spent on working on the paperwork and assessing a way through for you, ready for your next session.

Payment Options

There are a number of options available to pay for the service:

  1. Direct payment, via Buy Now PayPal

  2. Direct payment, via personal bank transfer, please ask for details

  3. Subscribe, via a weekly payment plan, which you can pay from £10 upwards, once payment is received in full for one session, a session can be booked.

  4. Make a donation, proof will be required of financial situation (please read Donation section below)

  5. Through The Poppy Company - if your own employer subscribes or supports the charity

  6. Through PTSDResolution, if you are a British military veteran

  7. Through your personal health insurance, if the Insurance supports our therapy

CONCESSIONS & DONATIONS

We understand that many people are suffering from financial hardship, particularly during these unprecedented times.  If you should be unable to pay the full amount for a therapy session, and would like a concession to the fee, we are grateful for you to make a donation. We provide One Session for One Donation - though need to cover our own expenses so offer clients options by choosing from the options in the PayPal Donate button. 

Should you need to take advantage of our One Session for One Donation, you will need to provide evidence of your financial hardship with the following documents: 

  1. Proof of identity (either one of the following): passport, driving licence, P45 or P60, National Insurance Number.

  2. Proof of State Benefits Income (either one of the following): Attendance Allowance, Bereavements Benefit/Allowance, Carers Allowance, Child Benefit (lone parent), Child Tax Credit, Disability Living Allowance, Employment Support Allowance, Job Seekers Allowance, Pension Credit, Unemployment Supplement. 

  3. Evidence of expenditure (either of the following): bank statements and/or savings accounts for the three (3) most recent consecutive months.  Annotations are to be included on the statements that show essential expenditure (e.g. rent, groceries, travel to and from interviews/doctors, regular sources of income/wages/family contributions, any expenditure over £75). 

The PayPal link below is for you to make a donation to the BewleyTherapy service without the need for a therapy session.  We are delighted to receive donations for any amount from £25 upwards.  Your donation enables us to continue with our work for those facing financial hardship.
